Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to participate?
No! The L.I.I.T H.I.I.T classes are designed for all levels. There are modifications for those who wish to workout at a lighter intensity. The goal is to keep moving your body.
​What should I wear and bring?
​Comfortable, form-fitting activewear is recommended! Consider bringing a water bottle and towel. Water and resistance bands will be available and light weights will soon be available. You can choose to bring your own band and lights weights if you wish.
​What are the benefits of LIIT/HIIT (Low-intensity interval training/High-intensity interval training)
There are many benefits of interval training such as improved cardiovascular health, increased calorie burn and enhanced athletic performance. It's also known for its time efficiency and ability to boost metabolism and build muscle.
​What if I'm new to this type of exercise?
No worries! I break down each workout set, and the workouts are simple steps. There are modifications for beginners.
​How many times a week is the L.I.I.T H.I.I.T classes?
​This class is once a week on Thursdays at 7pm. Working out at home is still recommended to stay consistent and keep up the cardiovascular endurance.Virtual classes will be available soon.
What if I need to cancel a class?
​Unfortunately, there are no refunds unless there is an issue on my end.
​How long are the classes?
The class is 60 minutes. We will stretch for about 5 minutes in the beginning and there will be breaks!
​What kind of exercises can I expect?
Expect a mix of warm-up, conditioning, strength-training, high-energy cardio and cool down exercises.
​How do I know if the intensity is right for me?
Monitor your heart rate and perceived exertion. Take a moment to break if needed!
Can I modify exercises if needed?
​Yes, always listen to your body and modify exercises to suit your fitness level and any physical limitations.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
​Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program and inform your instructor of any limitations. Please read the liability waiver.
